It was revealed to be Bianca because one of the question on the Pokemon Heroes trivia game asked " What pokemon was on the picture that Bianca gave to Ash?

Noooo, it was LATIAS, OBVIOUSLY, 'cause Latias can't speak while in her human form, and she didn''t say ONE word to Ash, even to give him the drawing. if it WAS Bianca, she would've said "here, this is for you" or something like that. BUT LATIAS said nothing, 'cause she COULDN'T. so THERE. ANYWAY, it's much cuter thinking Latias had a crush on Ash just like his Chikorita/Bayleef,don't you think?

i still, and always will, believe it to be Latias. after all, if it WAS Bianca, WHY didn't she SAY anything, huh? she could have said "This is for you, Ash." or something like that. But instead she just MIMED the words, so Ash understood her. That PROVES it was Latias.
